Supreme Court Strikes Out At Biden – They Just Sent Trump’s Border Wall Funding Back To 9th Circuit Court

The Supreme Court has begun its Fall session and major issues are at stake. And the people who stand to lose big time are Joe Biden’s Democrats. It looks like they are already stumbling out of the gate.
Thanks to Donald Trump, the Supreme Court has a 6-3 conservative majority. Many Americans are looking to the court to uphold our Constitution in the face of radical “social justice” and progressivism.
They should be pretty pleased to see the court just struck a major blow against Biden’s agenda.

The Court ruled that a district court in California, where a federal judge in California had ruled against former President Trump’s use of Pentagon funds for the wall, should “consider what further proceedings are necessary and appropriate in light of the changed circumstances in this case.”
“The Supreme Court returned the case to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit ‘with instructions to direct the District Court to vacate its judgments,’ the Supreme Court wrote in its Monday order,” Newsweek reported.
The Supreme Court has ordered the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to “vacate” its previous ruling blocking funds for Trump’s border wall. This throws a wrench into Biden’s plans to block the border wall, as a migrant crisis explodes on his watch.
Does this mean that, should the 9th Circuit change its ruling, that the wall construction will resume? Not right away—as Biden will not authorize the project. But it could open up moves by the courts—and states—that could bring back the project.
The Supreme Court had previously ruled against Biden by requiring Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy to be reinstated. It’s possible that the SCOTUS or another federal court will rule that Biden’s canceling of Trump’s border project was unlawful.
States like Texas have been suing the Biden administration over that, and many other, decisions. They have argued that Biden does not have the power to nullify a decision made by a previous president, without clear reasoning. There is a chance that Biden’s order to end the border wall project could be reversed.
