Croatian analyst Zarko Puhovski says the crisis in Afghanistan is the second defeat for the United States as a world police officer in 50 years.

– It is not a matter of democracy, it is a matter of trying to impose a revolution of life, to jump from tribal communities, which is not a society, to something else. The idea of the United States promoting democracy is a more incomprehensible scandal than ideology. In America, more people do not have the right to vote than in Russia. America is killing more of its citizens than Russia. Let’s not forget, tens, if not hundreds of thousands of black people are prevented from participating in the elections, in some federal states and legally – Puhovski pointed out, reports the Index portal.
– This is a catastrophe of NATO, it shows that NATO does not make sense. NATO was a fabrication for the Cold War, for the fight against communism. There is no communism and NATO belongs to history, and that should be clearly stated. And Trump was right there – Puhovski added.
