Watch: AOC Frustrated After ‘Deeply Disgusting Incident’ on Capitol Stairs: ‘I Was Actually Walking Over to Deck Him’
July 14, 2022

New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., allowed a rude dude to push her buttons Wednesday, almost ending with violence.
A conservative social media personality seems to anger the masked congresswoman enough that she pulls up short and heads menacingly in his direction before an aide stops her.
“I was actually walking over to deck him because if no one will protect us then I’ll do it myself but I needed to catch a vote more than a case today,” the Bronx socialist tweeted afterwards.
Alex Stein issued provocative insults about Ocasio-Cortez that some have called sexual harassment. It is clear from a video posted to Twitter he went overboard in his attempt to be outrageously disrespectful and demeaning.
In his video, he is standing atop steps at the Capitol while Ocasio-Cortez begins ascending them. He appears to be holding his mobile device to record him as he made derogatory remarks about her appearance.
“AOC, my favorite big booty Latina,” trolled the attention seeker. “I love you AOC, you’re my favorite.”
“She wants to kill babies, but she’s still beautiful,” he continued. “You look very beautiful in that dress. You look very sexy.”
“Look at that booty on AOC.”
The congresswoman had posted about the incident, which she called “deeply disgusting,” but changed her mind and deleted the post. She noted in a later tweet that she took down her earlier post because it seemed clear to her the man insulting her was “clearly someone seeking extremist fame.”
“It’s just a bummer to work in an institution that openly allowed this,” Ocasio-Cortez remarked, “but talking about it only invites more. Just really sad.”
After a female staffer restrained the N.Y. congresswoman, she held up two fingers to display a peace sign before resuming her trek up the Capitol steps. Stein continued commenting about her as she headed for her hearing.
“Woo, I love it AOC,” he leered. “Hot, hot, hot like a tamale.”
The New Yorker’s complaints about Stein’s boorishness fell on deaf ears for some social media followers, including former Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis.
Ellis responded to Ocasio-Cortez with a retweet of one of Ocasio-Cortez’ own posts from 2020 that said, “The whole point of protesting is to make ppl uncomfortable.”
“This you?” Ellis asked.
